Overall, this Chris-Craft appears to be in pretty good shape, especially, given it's age. Externally, the boat has definitely benefited from the covered boat house. The deck fixtures, railing and misc. external components have been spared from the normal weather wear you would expect see.
Internally, the boat shows it's age. While certainly in reasonable condition and functional, the decor is dated and could use a breath of fresh air.
Mechanically, both engines and the generator have been replaced. The port engine was done in 1987. The starboard engine in 1999 and the generator was replaced in 2002. The generator has an hour meter that reads 220. As for the engines, a meter exists but it is not accurate. It was not reset when the installations occurred.
Reasonable offers will be considered and owner financing is a possibility, with a minimum of 50% down.
