The condition of the boat is very good. The construction is solid and the boat has certainly been well cared for. Given the overhang where the vessel is kept, it was a bit dirty for the photos. However, a quick power wash would yield a very visually appearing vessel. The interior was very clean and tidy. No smoking or pet odor.

Mechanically, the outdrive has a broken Universal Joint. Therefore, the boat cannot currently be put into gear. The engine cracks and the generator runs but the outdrive will need to be repaired before the boat returns to a fully operational state.
The owner intends to sell the boat, as is, and will entertain reasonable offers.
